Before booking our Vietnam tour or Indochina holiday, we advise you to spend a few minutes to read our "terms and conditions" below to avoid any misunderstanding and problem that might happen.

Upon receipt of your booking, our reservations team will confirm or reconfirm your booking as soon as possible. In case of unavailability of any requested service such as hotel/ flight/train…we will confirm with alternative ones which are in same quality and price (you can also request your preferred hotels/train). Your booking is considered confirmed when we receive your acknowledgement, and we will send you our invoice afterward.
Vouchers/Timesheet will be issued to you after we receive your confirmation and/or your deposit/payment.
Vietnam Tour/Indochina tour booking and hotel reservations: you are required to remit a deposit of at least 30% of the total tour cost to secure certain reservations of flights, accommodations, cruises…right after the booking is confirmed.
Vietnam visa on arrival/flight booking/train booking: You are required to make full payment.
Payment can be made by the following accepted methods: cash, credit card (Visa, Master, Amex, JCB,UnionPay), wire transfer, telegraphic transfer, travelers cheques, paypal, moneybookers or combination. Except for cash payment, bank fee charge may apply (any bank charge must be borne by customers). Our bank account details are as follows:

In case of cancellation, we will not impose any charges if we are not being charged and possible to get refund from our suppliers, but if our suppliers apply charges for cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply. Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time of cancellation, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our transparent reply upon demand.
We are working for your big smiles, not for complaints. However, that can happen and in case of complaints, we will check our services and get back with full details in a fast, efficient manner to the best advantage of our client.
During the Vietnam and Indochina tours, we might make some changes to make your holiday nicer and more flexible (if you agree). We will not be responsible for changes of tours/ services made by our clients and of course our clients will have to pay additional costs if have.

In case of Force Majeure, we shall not be responsible for, but will use all reasonable endeavours to remedy as quickly as possible the effects of Force Majeure for the best of our clients.
