Holidaytoindochina was born to bring you the best services and memorable holidays in Vietnam and Indochina. Below is our service overview, we hope that it will make things clear and avoid any problem on tours so that you can just enjoy your holiday.

Your Transfers/Transportation

  • You will enjoy private transfers/transportation in each destination throughout your trip.
  • All vehicles offered by Holidaytoindochina are air conditioned, insured, clean, and regularly maintained.
  • Domestic flights in all of our Southeast Asia destinations and international flights upon request (Economy class - Business on request)

Your Tour Guides & Drivers

  • Your tour guides are experienced, professtional, responsible, helpful, honest, friendly, knowledgeable... with university background (more than 5 years of experience working as a tour guide)
  • Your tour guides will meet you at airports, train stations, piers or hotels; holding our greeting board with your name on it.
  • Tour guides are all expected to be well dressed and non-smoking.
  •  Drivers are experienced drivers with at least 5 years of experience. Our drivers care for your safety and comfort. Drivers are prohibited from chatting or smoking when driving.

Land Tour Service

  •  Your tour will be operated and arranged according to your agreed itinerary. You are free to travel at your own pace and flexible to add/skip sightseeing program.
  •  Your tour guide will double check the itinerary with you at the very beginning and druring the tour so that we can make a quick adjustment if there is any difference or mistake.
  •  Please be noted that there may be additional charges if you decide to add a program that is not specified in the itinerary.

Hotels

  •  Holidaytoindochina inspects the hotels yearly, and the hotels that we use, are hand - picked and basedon customers' choice.
  •  Holidaytoindochina can arrange a wide range of hotels in Vietnam & Indochina area to meet different budgets from customers, from budget to luxurious, boutique to chain brands. All hotels are clean, secure, comfortable and evaluated by us on a regular basis based on customer feedback.
  •  Please be noted that additional cost will be on your own if you make any change after your itinerary is finally confirmed.

Meals

  • Asian food can be the best food of the world. Traveling to Indochina, you will not have to worry about what to eat because there is a lot of great food during the tour.
  • Normally our Vietnam and Indochina tour packages include only breakfast & lunch. Unless otherwise requested, the dinner is left to your own arrangement; you may take this opportunity for a little food adventure, surely your tour guide is always glad to offer their advice.

Breakfast

  • Breakfast served at the hotel where you stay. Depending on the hotel, the breakfast would be buffet breakfast in western style, local style, or a combination.

Lunch  

  • Lunches are usually set menu at local restaurants, a la carte meal is on request. The restaurants we use, are carefully inspected and selected by Holidaytoindochina and with comfortable dining environment where you can rest assure to taste the local flavor.
  • Brunch will be offered in your Halong Bay Cruise

Dinner

  • Dinners will not be included in your meal plan unless you have that requirement. Enjoying the local food could be one of your best experiences in the Southeast Asia. This is why we offer you this flexibility of food choice, and you can always get advice from your tour guides. If you have certain food allergies or special requirements such as vegetarian food, please let your travel consultant and tour guide know.

Shopping

  • We do not offer shopping tour to the shopping centers or shopping traps. However, we might stop during the tour at one or two shopping stops where you can drink coffee, rest and buy some local specialties or souvenirs. Shopping or not will be totally at you will and no forced shopping at all.
