Le Kim Dung - Employee of the year
Being employee of the year is a great honor that sets each Holidaytoindochina’s staff in good stead in the workplace. Getting to this point requires a lot of things and Ms. Kim Dung – The Travel Consultant of Holidaytoindochina.com has met all the requirements to gain this title.
Generally, Ms. Kim Dung exceeded the expectation of her job. She arrived on time, worked her entire shift and stayed late if necessary to complete assigned tasks correctly and to deal with all our customers’ travel inquiry as soon as possible. Thanks to good communication skill, strong customer and sales focus, she made an outstanding contribution to Holidaytoindochina during 2014. She is truly an expert in private and tailor-made Vietnam and Indochina tours. Also, she dealt with occurring travel issues, complaints or refunds really well. In fact, Ms. Kim Dung has got many great feedbacks from travelers on Tripadvisor. "Getting feedback from a happy client, client loyalty and repeat businesses are 3 things that really give job satisfaction as a travel consultant” – said Ms. Dung.
Furthermore, as for Ms. Kim Dung, simply doing her job is not enough, though. She keeps finding a greater or more efficient way to perform her tasks better. She always manages to create interesting new tour packages, to anticipate problems before they occur.
As being Employee of the year, Ms. Kim Dung received a special “Thank-you” note from our director – Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan. She was also being honored by entire HolidaytoIndochina team with a standing ovation at the start of our first meeting in 2015.
